What to put in your message
Name the page you were reading and what you need. For a correction, quote the sentence and link the agency page that says otherwise. For a question about your own sale, say what the car's situation is, such as a lost title or a tow, and which guide you already read.
Leave out your title, driver license, Social Security number and bank details. This site has no use for them.
